BRAS Business Relationships at Sunrise is a Macarthur based women’s networking group. It is a not for profit organisation that had its first meeting in July 2005 and has continued to grow its member base ever since. It now has a member base of over 45 local business women. www.brasnetwork.com.au.

The 2010 BRAS charity luncheon event will be held on the 10th September, at Campbelltown Catholic Club and has been dubbed ‘Life’s a beach’: a luncheon with Layne Beachley.

BRAS has secured Layne Beachley as their keynote speaker. Layne is renowned as a seven-time ASP Women’s World Champion Surfer, motivational speaker, entrepreneur and philanthropist. Recently retired, Layne is as busy as ever. Running a foundation (and representing 5 other charities as an ambassador or spokesperson) staging the richest women’s surfing event in the world as well as motivational speaking. We are very fortunate to have secured such a role model and businesswoman.

Other entertainment on the day will be provided by renowned violinist Sarah Moir; Sarah’s show is a high impact, attention grabbing crowd pleaser. The act will have our guests spellbound and talking about it for months. Also performing will be the musical elite from the Robert Townsend high school.
